i was driving my car thats in my aunts name that we have a written agreement that im buying this car in payments i was in a accident with the car and i am listed on the insurance how can i find out if she is collecting money for the damages for this accident?

You can call your aunt and ask. You can call her insurance company and see if they will tell you. Sorry, but aren't those two answers obvious?

If you were driving the car at the time of the accident, then the insurance company had better be contacting you for a statement anyway..if you have a written agreement with your aunt, then they should make the draft payable to both you and her (she as the lein holder).
I just gotta say, why would you enter into an agreement like this with an Aunt, that you clearly can't trust, and think so little of? :?

Hi, I find it a bit tough for her to collect money without you getting a hint. Yes, it's strange that you've entered in to such an agreement. I'd never choose to pay the premiums till I get things clarified.
