I have another question??? Since my health insurance paid for all the bills and everything is paid and the auto insurance adjuster paid the same bill what will happen now? I was told by the hospital that there is a credit (overpayment from the auto insurance) which I think was from my medpay through my auto insurance. The hospital told me that they will be sending the credit back to my insurance. What can I do now? Will I get that money to pay the subrogation from my health insurance? What are the step I need to take???thanks in advance for all the answers.

Most likely your carrier should pay your health carrier back. But your health carrier should be sending a lien to your auto carrier for that money. In my experience, health carriers seldom follow up on recovery.

What to know why health insurance is so expensive? :?

If there's an over-payment then it has to be reimbursed to your auto insurance carrier. Stay in touch with your hospital regarding this. Since your auto insurance carrier has met your claim, now you may need to repay your health insurance carrier. But please check your state laws regarding the attorney contingency expenses if required.

You can bet if money comes to you, that should have gone to the insurer that they will come a knocking on your door for it! Whatever you do, if you get money this way - don't spend it!
