I paid for my Lexus IS250, new in cash Feb '08. Nov 5th I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist while stopped for a bus. My insurance will have to cover everything. Damage $5000+. How much does this effect depreciation?I have uninsured/underinsured motorist, Thank God! Also, which benefits me the most? To let my chiropractor file my visits with my car insurance or file it with my United Healthcare through work?

Your health carrier will likely subrogate your UM carrier...
As to diminished value..you'll need to check and see if your state is one of the very few that allow first party DV claims.
