I have money deducted from my pay-check every two weeks on my job and now I can't afford it. How can I cancel it online? The insurance company is Aflac.

You cannot cancel online, nor can you cancel midterm without quiting your job. Your only option is to wait for an open enrollment period to make any changes including cancellation.

Wow, I never realized those plans could be so restrictive. What if the employee gets switched to part-time and it becomes a financial burden ? Still no relief ?

Aflac is very strict. I had it for awhile when I was working in a shop. During enrollment, I some how selected the cancer option. Was unaware of the additional cost until my wife noticed it. I was unable to cancel the option until a full 12 months after getting on the plan. Even then it became a hassle to cancel it.
