My husband was rear-ended. The front bumper of the at fault vehicle struck our trailer hitch causing no damage to our vehicle. My husband was injured and went to the ER for treatment and to his doctor one time. he has other medical problems but he suffered neck injuries and had not had neck problems before.

That's a pretty tough situation to be in. No damage to a vehicle yet there are injuries.

This will definately come into question. Has your husband been released from treatment?
