I was involved in an accident about 2 1/2 months ago, the other party does not whant to accept liability i have a police report that its in my favor and i have a witness who is in the police report that its is also in my favor. How can i tell them that they have to pay for loss of use for all this time that my car has not been drivable and how can i make them to accept responsibilty in this accident?
Thanks

Do you not have insurance on your car? That's what your carrier can do for you...handle this mess..
Have they denied the claim? If so it will be in writing..why have they denied it? or have they just done nothing?
We need to know the facts of loss, the state it occured in, in you're insured, and what the other carrier has said to date. Also is this 'witness' independent? meaning not in either vehicle or known by either of you?
