The judgement in small claims court was that i pay $250.00 per month totalling $2500.00
my question is will i recieve the pink slip upon full payment.
i owe 3800 dollars according to contract.

Have you asked whomever obtained the judgment?

Once I pay a $2500 will they give me the title is not nearly enough information to form any type of opinion.

So far I'd have to say, maybe.... maybe not.

i was trying to make my post short and simple. i dont understand why people waste time in making un-helpful remarks( posts). Obviously i need advise on a issue that seems no-one here has been through. and if your working i hope surfing the net reading post is apart of your job and if not i hope u get fired...lol sorry!

The point Rivers, is that no one here can help you with out knowing at least a little back ground of what you are asking.

You state that there is a judgement. Judgement for what, and by whom and for what reason?

The judgement is $2500, but you owe $3800. On what?

On the contract...What contract/contract for what?

And yes, I was doing this on company time. :P
