Storage fees on my car

I had a 89 bucik century that was wrecked on dec 22 .....as a result the car was not towed in but was pulled to a friends house very close to where the wreck accored ....can the guy charge storage from the insurance company for each day it has set in his yard .....we was told he could please help ( this is in SC )

I think you should find out if you're covered for car storage at all. It's true that your friend has the right to charge storage - but whether he should charge the insurer or charge you has to be decided by the insurance policy papers.

Only if the vehicle is there in the storage yard on those days. If you take it home for the weekend/holiday and then bring it back, then you won't have to pay.
