I dont agree with my ins company's mileage deduction on my totalled car ...
Liberty M wants to total my car with ACV 6000. They want to deduct 1800 for mileage, 500 deductible, 700 for previous damage. NADA value for same car with same milieage is 8000 for same California Car. Any advice. Insurance says repair costs "greater than 4500".
1997 Mercedes E320 205000 mil no unrepaired damage, clean condition.

I think you have 2 options - Arbitration or Litigation. Have you thought of hiring an independent appraiser?
