I was wondering if you could inform me on what kind of insurance I need if I plan on doing a catering business and would that also be the same if I was selling the food out of an office? And also, how much would I need and what should I expect to pay for it. I'm in NJ

You need a general liability policy. You need to speak to a commercial agent in order to determine what coverage you need.

Yes, you'd at least need to cover your liabilities and products. I guess you'd also get workers compensation out of this coverage. Check out the links below-
