Who should be held liable (my PM or insurance co.)for water damages from a leaking pipe that are denied my insurance co.?

Are you saying that your Homeowners policy denied a claim for water damage? If so why...was it not sudden and accidental?

If you are covered for water damages under your Home Insurance policy, the insurance company would surely compensate for it. But you need to see if the damage was caused due to your negligence or poor maintenance, if so.....the insurance company would not accept your claim.
