The employer wants to know if he can get the worker off WC and move to an LTD policy. Are there rules as to timelines. What would happen if WC and LTD paid their portions together? Are there advantages to that method or is it legal?

A worker receiving WC benefits might file for Disability Benefits if his injury gets aggravated but usually to not get both the benefits for the same period of time except on limited occasions. However, state law varies.
