How does my insurance company recoup money paid out in claim

Legion Insurance Company was liquidated in 2003. We are an insurance company for homeowner associations writing business, collecting premiums and paying on claims. We write for various insurance companies.

You need to go through your state laws in this regard. The company you have mentioned had liquidated way back in 2003, so what pro-active steps have you taken since then? You must provide us with more information so that we can help you out.

Yes, Legion is in liquidation in Pennsylvania. You may obtain information regarding Legion's order of liquidation from the state dept. of insurance.

The Pennsylvania DOI is now Legion's domiciliary liquidator and hence all of Legion's assets and claims are now being controlled by the state. You may go through ins.state.pa.us website for more information.
