dO i HAVE TO GIVE THE DEPRICEATION CHECK TO THE CONTRACTOR.

I rec a check for 9500.00 for roof repair I gave this to the contractor. Now I have check for 2500. and the contractor is calling me for this one. He saids this is for the completion of the job.

Well, how much was his bill? If you still owe the guy money, then of course YES you have to pay him :?
