It'll be pricey and difficult, good health or not, insurance companies will be hesitant to issue this.
What state are you in? This will effect your choices.

Getting an insurance at this age is difficult as no insurance company would be ready to bear the risk. And even if you get one, its going to be frightfully expensive. You can only look into Final Expenses plan but which is only meant to cover the burial expenses and is not very expensive too.
