Foot injury

I need some advice. I was hurt on a construction site a guy dropped a bobcat bucket on my foot It turned my foot purple. My foot was smashed but no broken bones the doctor said it was a homatoma! I have about 3000 in doctor n chirpractic bill what's the most I can get for the injury?

I wouldn't work myself up about that...(it's "hematoma" not 'homatoma')..it's pretty much a fancy 'doctor' word for bruise.. :roll:

what on earth is a chiro. doing for a bruised foot?

what's the most I can get for the injury?

While I can appreciate your honesty...on one level..(I guess)...no way we can tell you this...Have you been in contact with the work comp adjuster? What do they say? Certainly wouldn't be any long term disability from this, I wouldn't think....Does the work comp adjuster know you're seeing a chiro for this?

You need to tell me if you are a worker at this construction site? If so, you can collect Workers Compensation Benefits from your employer. But you must know that this benefits do not consider pain and suffering.
