insurance on a double wide in a seasonal park

I am interested in buying a double wide in a mobile home park that is seasonal located by a nice body of water. The cost is fairly high due to its location, however if the park sells (it is up for sale) and we are asked to move then the old double wide is pretty much worthless is thier a insurance policy I can get that will cover me in case i have to leave the park and not be out the entire cost of the double wide. i am afraid to spend 80k on it then a year later park sells and i am asked to move the home and i can not re-sell it for a fraction of what i bought it for.

Hi gjkjohnston,

There are mobile home insurance policies available with several insurers. You may look for such policies, understand what coverage they provide and if you are getting what you need in the policy. Consult an agent.

Unfortuneately MH insurance cannot protect you in the way you have described.

There are several insurance companies that provide mobile home insurance policies. You need to check with them and find out if they provide such coverage.
