how can we calculate the policy fund value at maturity

We don't have access to yours or anyone elses policy.. Does the policy not have some type of amortization chart in it? if not contact the agent that you purchased it from..

This depends on what type of policy you have. Some are never intended to mature.
If we are talking whole life insurance it's guaranteed to be whatever the original death benefit was, same if it were an endowment contract (they are essentially the same thing).
If by fund value, you have some sort of variable life, there may not be a maturity as they aren't usually designed to have one.
