my spouse has passed away and there is a life insurance naming his exwife as beneficary that was signed in 1997. my spouse completely forgot about it. I need help to compose a letter to contest the beneficary Designation indicating that it belongs to me.. Can you help me???? I live in Canada

Unless Canadian law has a different view on the validity of a contract, there isn't much contesting you're going to succeed in here. Regarding help with a letter, there isn't much that we can assist you with that's going to change anything. If you want, seek out an attorney.
