I live in the state of Florida. I was driving a family members vehicle and while stopped at the stop light, I was rear-ended. I retrieve the drivers name and insurance info. We both were a bit shook up but all in all we werent hurt. Just damage to both vehicles. After the accident i come to find out that the vehicle i was driving has no automobile insurance. Can I still put a claim at the at-fault drivers insurance company? :? :? :?

(Thinking outloud..) Why didn't the family member tell you there was no insurance on the car? Now...the family member may want you to pay for the damages to his/her auto.

She was rearended by another vehicle SD, that vehicle should take care of all the damages...wouldn't it be ironic if they too were uninsured? :wink:Posted: Mon Mar 22, 2010 02:02 pm Post Subject: insurance
Ya know...I live in a small town, in PA. Our local newspaper is pretty tiny (LOL). A few months ago, there WAS an accident, involving 2 vehicles....neither of them were Insured!! Kinda funny you said that, LORI.
