I was park the front of my car was facing out side the parking space instead of my bumper but i was park in a parking space. Then this car was backing out the bumper facing me and kept going i though she was going to stop cause it seem she did for a second and kept going. Then hits me she didnt want to call cops at the scene of the accident now shes blaming me that it was me backing out. I dont get why shes lying to scam an insurance or what i need help?

Whenever someone says don't call the police, thats when you should call them. Not much you can do but let both of your insurance companies handle it. If I were you, I would go file a police report so that it is on record. I have seen people change their tune once the incident becomes record.

The answer is money, money, money, greed, greed, and and money again...she doesn't want her rates to go up, AND she does want money from you or your carrier for the damages to her car...did you not have a cell phone? you can always take pictures...chances are the police won't come to a parking lot anyway unless there are injuries. But as Trench posted, if someone doesn't want the cops, that's a GIANT red flag..Call your carrier, report the claim. Call her carrier, and give them a statement about what REALLY happened. Any chance there were any witnesses?
