on a motorcycle and was hit by a p/u truck. had extensive injuries. but have good health coverage so all was paid for.do i have to sue the actual driver to get more than max coverage?

havent settled with him or his insurance yet. trying to figure out if i can sue his ins for more than his max coverage. so far thats what they are offering. trying to weigh my options first. is it even worth goin after him or is it something he can file bankruptsy on then i wouldnt get more anyways.

You cannot sue his insurance company for more than the max. The max is it, thats all.
Did you or your carrier pay for your treatment?

my medical ins picked up all bills because there was a question of fault at the time
