An insurance company issues a check for the repairs of their insureds vehicle. The check contains the name of the insured and the name of the lien holder. The lien holder is outside the insured's home state and the insured's bank is requesting the lien holders signature to cash the check. How is it possible for the insured to cash that check in order to pay for the repairs of the vehicle?

You'll have to mail to the out of state lienholder and let them endorse it as well.
Since the car is repairable, it might be easier to have the insurance company reissue to the owner and the body shop.
