I SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE APARTMENT BUILDING THAT I LIVED ON

ON OCT 15, 2009, I SLIPPED WHILE WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS IN THE APT COMPLEX MANAGER WAS USING SOAP AND WATER AT 2PM ON CONCRETE NO SIGNS WERE POSTED UP AT ALL
