contractor also forged a 9300 ck with like the 4 prior ck a 2 party check bofa cashed thru his business account with only my signature. bofa have any liabilty for cashing. Farmers denied loss of use as it been a fight for a 1yr 1/2 to get checks and the contractor on did demo. farmers claims no loss as a rental policy had no loss it wasnt rented at the time but had contract for rent in 2 weeks.
