Are you a legal resident or citizen of the US? You could not be and not have a SSN.

Do you have auto insurance? How did you get it without a SSN?

If you don't have auto insurance, most states' laws have been amended in recent years to prevent you from collecting "pain and suffering" damages through a civil suit.

Actual medical bills directly attributable to injuries suffered in a collision caused by a third party probably have to be paid, regardless whether you have insurance or a SSN. But if your bills are coming from a chiropractor, forget it.
