Will an insurance company pay for foundation and structure d

Have been renting for the past 20 years and about 18 years ago my kitchen floor along with the cabinets fell in,contacted the lady who owns the house only to be told to file a claim with her insurance company, insurance company comes down states that the water dmage is 40 years worth of wood rot and they denied the claim, homeowner refuses to fix this and has not since then. Can I resubmitt the claim again with her insurance company if I have several contrators to give statements.
