ONE CONER OF THE HOUSE REMAINS MOIST EVEN AFTER THE REST OF THE YARD HAS DRIED OUT. AFTER DIGGING ALONG THE SIDE OF THE FOUNDATION, THERE WAS A STREAM OF WATER COMING FROM THE CINDER BLOCKS. THE HOUSE HAS SITS ON A SLAP AND APPARENTLY HAS A LEAK IN THE WATER PIPE SOMEWHERE. WOULD THIS BE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE POLICY?
