(texas) let unlicensed friend borrow car, he was rear ended, will I have any problem fixing my car?

Probably not... but there is a _reason_ why the person does not have a license. You really want to let this person wreck/drive your vehicle?

I'd really wonder what made you take such a decision. Are you fully aware of your friend's driving record?

Sounds like your unlicensed friend was not at fault, (not a bright move by the way), the other at fault partys carrier should handle all the damages to your vehicle.
Again, don't put yourself in harms way by knowingly allowing an unlicesned driver to drive your vehicle. This time, you'll probably be ok...next time? That's dice I'd rather not roll.. :roll:
