I sent in a yearly report for a mammogram, but haven't received the $75 annual reimbursement. It's been nearly a month and haven't received the check. Has there been a change in your policy? I've never had a claim and always paid my policy on time.

If an insurance company has delayed honoring your claim, pick up the phone and call them. They all have toll-free phone numbers.
