I am captive and can never write anyone with more incidents than cars in the last 3 years. Is this normal practice for standard auto coverage?

Independent? or Dant? Is that like the Democrat Party?
Every company has different rules for program availability. My company for example has a 5 tiered preferred program based on Credit Score # of drivers and Accidents/Violations we also have a High Risk product . Generally we can find a home for most all drivers. Homeowners I am not as familar with but I would be a little suprised if the Convicted of a felony questions was part of their application process.

"Convicted of a felony" is frequently asked in all sorts of insurance apps. Looking for the moral hazards. Not a bar to coverage, but forewarned is forearmed.
