Where can I get auto insurance on me, when I don't own a car

I can use the company vehicle if I have insurance. And I have a friend with a couple vehicles who would let me drive one if I had car insurance.I live and work in Warren,Ohio. But will be driving to Kent, Ravenna, and Stow,Ohio.

Susan . . .

You can get liability insurance coverage as a non-owner. Just find an agent in your community and ask for it.

Your rate will be dependent mostly on your driving history and the amount of coverage you request. I believe Ohio has minimum limits of $12,500/$25,000 personal injury and $7500 property damage.

You should consider higher limits, such as $100,000/$300,000 PI and $50,000 (or more) PD. The cost difference will not be as much as you think, perhaps as little as $50-$100 more for a 6-month term.
