Just a quick note to let everyone know that there is an insurance based essay contest being run at www.affordableinsuranceoptionsonline.com. It's totally free to enter and there are cash prizes for the chosen winners.

Wonderful, especially if you can figure out a way to beat the entry deadline and requirements! Read what follows, taken from their website, and see if it makes any sense to you:
4) All entries must be received by Affordable Insurance Options Online by the submission deadline of Monday, December 13th. Any submissions received after 11:59pm Pacific Standard time, on Monday, July 26th, will be dismissed and will not be eligible for consideration.
So, you must have your submission in no later than 12/13, but entries received after July 26th will "be dismissed and will not be eligible for consideration."
So, good luck winning that $200!

I wanted to take a moment to thank mikekim2455 in the thread. He read my previous comment and sent me a PM:
Thank you very much for pointing out the inconsistent deadlines in the Insurance Essay Contest! We have made the correction thanks to your comment. Mike
Now, THAT'S what I'm talkin' about.
The quick response and correction from and by Mike was professional and courteous as well. Our OPs can learn something from this, and so can everyone else participating in this forum.
Thanks Mike, and welcome to the forum. I hope that you will stick around and contribute to the knowledge base offered in this arena. By the way... is it Mike, Kim or either? One of you? Two of you? Parents who couldn't decide? LOL
Finally, please read the terms of use: http://www.ampminsure.org/termsofuse/ The link you posted is technically a violation, but I think I have the discretion to leave it as it's a pretty good thing and will educate people when published.
