state farm, the other persons ins co. The car had 130,580 miles on it but the engine had only 90,000. Their offer is only 4088.00. I live in FL but the accident happened in PA

Even without provided info on your vehicle, sounds like a pretty fair offer to me. A 1998 base 4 door Camry in Florida is worth just shy of that amount.
