How can I find out the beneficiary's name on my husband's Li

My husband died 3 months ago. Everything came to me but agent from his Life Ins. told me that it was NOT my name as a beneficiary on his Life Ins. Policy. It was a shock for me. We both have Life ins. for each other and I was sure that I was the beneficiary on his Life Ins. Policy. Maybe there is a name of an old friend and he forgot to change it ( he thought he did )


So far nobody was paid and I send a letter to the insurance comp. to hold payments until this situation is clear.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHO'S NAME IS ON MY HUSBAND'S LIFE INS. POLICY ?
