what should I settle for?

I was in a car accident the day before mother's day. A man ran a stop sign on a back road and I hit him and then hit a utility pole. He wasn't injured--I had my 4 kids with me and they got mild soft tissue injuries. One was taken by ambulance because he complained of abdominal pain. I had multiple hematomas on my legs and now almost 2 months later i still have bruises and some swelling. I didn't have many hospital bills. Basically heard rest is the only thing I could do so that is what i have done. Its been quite the task with 4 kids but I feel like I have recovered well considering. What type of settlement should I ask for? Im a stay at home mom and still today can't stand for a long period of time and have leg cramps at night. Grocery shopping and normal small task sometimes will make my legs hurt by the end of the day.

Like I said...it was the day before mothers day so those plans changed to go to Missouri to see my family. My nephew graduated and I was unable to travel to see that. Its hampered a lot of activity for me. I have anxiety when driving and riding in a vehicle.
