hi what is landloard rental dwelling coverage

hi i need to know about this type of coverage if you can please help me out

Well, if you own a property that you rent to someone else, you would want coverage for the dwelling if it burned to the ground, and you would also want liability coverage to protect yourself against personal injury claims from someone injured on your property. The standard Dwelling Policies (DP-1, DP-2, DP-3) cover basic, broad, and special losses. Without getting too detailed, broad and special form policies provide more comprehensive coverage, the DP-3 being the most comprehensive.

Nothing prevents you from using an HO policy form, which could provide even broader coverage.

You should meet with a local insurance agent or broker to discuss your needs.
