my vehicle was total by the party that was resoonsible for the accident their insurance compay are given me the run aound about my car rental and the value for my car. There was another vehicle also involved. they have a policy limit of $10000.00. pLEASE ADVISED ME WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED. NEED AN ANSWER A.S.A.P.

I'm guessing you feel the value is higher then they are offering? I'm guessing that they want or have cut off the rental?

No, Todd...I think we have two cars damaged and a 10k PD limit....OP they can't pay more than the limit of the guy at fault...you'll need to go to your carrier, get your damage paid for under your collision coverage, then they will work out the subrogation with the at fault guy's carrier.

Yes, a subrogation will be done. At times, it might take some time and you need to keep your fingers crossed.
