I was in an accident that was the other person's fault. Her insurance company is going to send me a check for my vehicle. Should I keep the check and let the tote the note dealer come get the car?

Well, why would you want to "let the dealer come get the car"? Do you still owe money on it? Is the insurance company totaling the vehicle?
Your post doesn't make much sense.
You can keep the check, but if you owe money to the dealer, how do you plan on getting out of that? Bankruptcy?

well, I believe I too gave the same suggestion on this problem. The OP should read through the agreement in order to have a clear view on this.
