I was in an accident where the other person was at fault. Her insurance company is sending me a check for my car and I get to keep the car. I still owe the dealer at a tote the note car lot. Do I need to let them pick up the car and keep the check? I don't know what to do. The car is still driveable. It needs another radiator and front bumper and hood.

As in your other post, you can do with the check as you please.
The car is still drivable . . . I don't know what to do
You're kidding, right? I'm guessing you're . . . 12 years old?
THE CHECK IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MONEY YOU NEED TO FIX THE CAR!!
If you don't know what to do, why do you even own a car? You just use it to hold down the driveway to prevent the theft of the asphalt by the Martians?
Come on! If the dealer takes the car, do you think you're off the hook on the loan? :P That's a good one!!
Fix the car.

OP......... :? That's the entire purpose of getting getting a chack from the other driver..to FIX the car. Why would you want to send the car back if you have means to fix it AND have transportation? I don't REALLY get the question, I guess.
