Need to know what ins. is needed for my small one man tree triming, no bucket truck, only chain saw, and hand saws used. Full harness gear used in climbing trees under 50 feet tall

Definately liability, it's really best (IMO) to check with a local agent, I assume you have insurance on your vehicle and home, if you have an agent, visit with him/her about this. You can always get quotes from multiple carriers, but talk with a local agent who will have the best info re: what your area may REQUIRE.
