IS IT NORMAL WHEN YOU HAVE A LOSS(TOTAL) FOR AN ADJUSTER TO CALL IN AN INVESTIGATOR?

It's normal if aspects of the claim are beyond the adjuster's scope of knowledge or their is some indication that detailed information is required for the claim that the adjuster doesn't provide services for. I on occasion will ask for the assistance of a professional investigator if need be. It shouldn't be a bad thing, unless there is something "fishy" about your loss.
