i have some nerve damage,and a part of my neck that is supposed tobe curved is now straight.As a result i will continue to suffer from these injuries

First, the subject line should not be used to contain the entire message... it's use to give people a general idea of what the message is about. As such, it does not allow enough characters.

You guys have to learn to read code. The OP was a passenger in a car. The car was in an accident and the driver was cited for the accident. Now the OP wants to know who they can sue.
If it were me, I would sue everyone. Let it all work itself out.

I must of missed this part.
I figure if the person cannot both to make sure their question/post is correct then they should not expect much in response.
