Well, you're into an auto insurance forum. So, I'd either expect you to share your knowledge or ask any query. Have you met with any auto insurance problem?

It will help if you could be a bit more specific. If you're looking for auto insurance then it's quite different than a situation wherein you're going abroad and looking for travel insurance or health insurance to cover you throughout your stay.

I think the post may be about life or disability insurance, not auto.
If so, a company could decline on the basis of risk in the vicinity of where a person was "relocating". On the basis of mere "travel" is generally prohibited as a reason to decline coverage.
