First, stop trying to get pregnant until after you get insurance. If you get pregnant before you get insurance, then you have to pay the entire cost of all pregnancy-related medical bills, from prenatal care and ultrasounds to labor and delivery yourself, which may cost over $10,000. Even if you get insurance while pregnant, it will not cover that pregnancy. It will only cover future pregnancies, unless you get it before you get pregnant.
Second, most insurance will not cover any medical problem that you already have when you get the insurance. Even if you get insurance, you may have to pay for this yourself, the same as if you did not have insurance.
Third, many treatments for infertility, especially IVF, are usually not covered by insurance and cost the mother the same amount whether she has insurance or not.
Fourth, diapers, baby food, pediatricians (even with insurance), health insurance for the baby, etc., cost more than $80 per month. If that is all you can afford to spend now, then you cannot afford a baby.

I guess you're talking about some pre-existing conditions. Could you specifically name some for me?
