My father, uncle and aunt where all on my grandmothers will,my father passed away. Before I buried my father my grandmother was changing her will and writing me out because I inherited enough. She passed away three mounths later.I sued my aunt and uncle and im proving she had dimentia and wasn't in her right state of mind. My question is would they reverse the annuity and make it how it was before she passed away where my dad uncle and aunt got a third?

I don't find any reason to get it the way it exactly was prior to her death. If they have to consider it once again, it has to be considered afresh. Why don't you wait till you get a fair judgement!

.I sued my aunt and uncle

What difference does it make now? you've already brought suit, so the judge will decide...what we have to say is of no consequence, if you think you can really prove she was incompetent, then i guess you will be 'victorious'....frankly, sounds to me like Grandma made a good decision....i don't understand something..When your father died, your grandmother HIS mother, told you that she was writing you out because you'd already got a chunk of change from your Daddy's estate right? Then why didn't you jump Grandma about it at the time? If you thought it was unfair or they were taking advantage of her THAT would've been the time to bring this up....Do you have any brothers and sisters? Did they likewise inherit from your father? Are they sueing their family members as well?

Hey Steve.. I feel sorry about what you're going through...but then, I was just waiting for your replies to Lori's questions. What about the judgement!
