Motorcycle accident at fault motorist has 25000 policy limits, I also have 25000 policy limits on my motorcycle. I have two other vehicles with 100,000 policy limits underinsured coverage on a different policy. Georgia is where i live so stacking is allowed how much coverage do i have?

Your BI limit (if that's what you mean by you having 25k limit as well), will not come into play at all...only your UIM...be SURE that you get your carriers ok to accept the policy limits of the at fault party!!! Failure to do so could jeopardize ANY UIMBI claim you have with your carrier.

You need to turn in your claim to your carrier immediately!

Unless something has changed within the past couple of years, yes, I believe GA allows stacking of UM/UIMBI.

I'm having a hard time understanding your limits...remember UIM(BI) is all that matters. What are your limits of your UIM coverage(s) on the vehicles that YOU own and YOU insure? Should show a split limit such as 100/300

At fault driver has liability limits 25/50/25. I also have 25/50/25 on my motorcycle. On a separate policy i also have two vehicles with underinsured motorist coverage of 100,000 dollars added to at fault limits, so would i be correct to say i have 225,000 dollars in coverage?

Georgia is a stacking state, but it depends on the policy. although Georgia allows companies to stack UM, in general, my understanding is that they may not choose to do so. In addition, the laws have changed a bit in the last year w/ the new "added on" UM coverage. Most companies list a motorcycle separate from an auto policy so stacking may not be an option anyway (im honestly not sure). my advice, read your companies policy or talk to your agent. this where the info can be found. anyone giving advice otherwise is being general, which is fine, but if you need specific, the only place is to go to the policy and/or your agent.

Unless your personal auto policies are not typical and do not exclude coverage while operating a vehicle with less than four wheels, you only have uninsured coverage under your motorcycle policy, not your PAPs.

As mbyork has said, you need to read the policies -- all of them -- to determine what your coverages are and what the exclusions are. Once you know that, then you can proceed appropriately.
