I have a motorcycle that is registered in Florida with no insurance. Presently the bike is in Delaware at my son's house. Can he legally ride the bike without Insurance. He has over 10,000 in medical ins. through work. Thanks

Wonderful. He has some limited coverage for medical bills if he crashes while operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. What will he use to pay for the injuries he causes to someone else, or to their property if he is responsible for those things as the result of his poor motorcycle driving skills.

Plus, Delaware, like all other states, has laws requiring proof of financial responsibility. He either needs to put cash in a sequestered bank account, in trust for the state, or obtain a surety bond for the minimum cash requirement, or pay for motorcycle liability insurance. To drive without insurance in some states might cause a person to spent time in jail.
