Recently I was stopped at a traffic light. Suddenly I was rear-ended by a lady who admitted on police report she was "not paying attention." My 1994 Buick Park Ave was totalled, which her insurance has paid for. I was taken to the ER by ambulance. They did xrays and found no broken bones and declared I had severe whiplash. I went to see my MD who set me up on a physical therapy program. I have had 8 PT sessions so far. My neck still gives me some problems. How much should I expect to get for pain and suffering?

No way for us to advise you on an amount, WAY too many variables go into determining a BI settlement. I will tell you this, don't even THINK about settling until you are back as good as you're going to get, and that their first offer is not their best/final offer.

Only in America.
How much does your chiropractor think it's worth?

Many times it so happens that you have this feeling that you're healthy and fine again. But you feel a pain all of a sudden and then you know it's still not cured. So, you need to make sure before you accept a settlement amount.
