moped accident in bermuda, injuries incurred. no other parties involved, skidded on loose gravel, public road. Health ins paid, no other property or other claims made. Can health ins try to collect from auto insurance?

Normally, yes... but I can't speak for the insurance laws in Bermuda. Some areas allows for recovery of the money they spent, some don't (as they allows for "double dipping").

Unless your auto insurance coverage was issued in Bermuda, you might not have any coverage under a U.S. based policy in Bermuda.

Hi,
I have been thinking of "loaning" my car (which I own) to my 87 year old father. I would then lease a vehicle for myself. Then at the end of the lease period (let's say 3 years) if he is no longer driving, the car returns to me. Can he purchase auto insurance on himself and the car or does it fall upon me and my policy? My father has an excellent driving record and so do I.
